My only complaint is that the luggage cart was raggedy. The railing on all sides kept coming out of the holes while pushing it. There was only the one.

Construction meant disruptions but inexcusable were nails everywhere both a danger to cars and stepping/walking. Cleanliness was less than adequate in the room, breakfast was not to standards in other Hamptons we have stayed in

showed up and there was 7 construction lifts working on site. There was no way to enter the building. We cancelled and stayed next door. It was annoying to be woken up Saturday morning at 7am with your lifts beeping that could be heard across the street.

Expedia did not represent this property correctly. There was exterior construction going on during our stay. The pool was closed, we could not use the front entrance, it was noisy and there was very little parking. The cable line was somehow cut before we arrived so that was not available during our 2 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was decently clean, though you could barely see out of the foggy window. Only 1 small trash can located in the bathroom. The bathroom was not very clean...stains and dirt on the floor, unclean shower faucet and shower head and the bath door handle was not properly attached. Construction on the hotel and the lot next door starts at 7am. The staff that we encountered were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was also pretty good as was the coffee. Probably will not stay there again.

Was not a good experience, air did not work in the room, very hot. Uncomfortable sweating and trying to sleep. Do not recommend and will not stay again. Way over priced

The stay in this Hampton was great! The room was very clean and comfortable with an excellent, big breakfast selection. The staff were all kind and provided us with water and snacks when we checked in

Need better updates when pools are closed
I booked this hotel because it was my friend’s daughters birthday who is 7. When I got to the hotel and checked in and came back downstairs to get dinner and come back I noticed a sign on the door to the pool that said it was closed for renovations. The whole point of me booking the hotel was because it was her birthday, and she enjoyed swimming and we couldn’t swim I called hotels.com and the hotel agreed to give me back my second night stay, but not my first, but that didn’t do me any good because if I checked out at 11 and checked in at the hotel across the street at 4 her party was at six, so we still wouldn’t have time to swim so my trip was ruined.

The shower was disappointing, the shower head more fizzled and sputtered than flowed. Good hotel in general, but the weakest Hampton Inn I've been at.

Difficulty checking in since booked thru 3rd party but resolved within ten minutes. Room clean & staff friendly. Enjoyed free full breakfast & hibachi restaurant across the street. Would recommend & stay again.

Staff friendly and very responsive to request. Breakfast good except the supposedly hot food was actually cold. Bread molded. Rooms adequately clean, but no furniture. Where are you supposed to sit. we were there for business, not a one night stand, to put it mildly. Who wants a room where you cannot sit down unless it's on the bed. Makes me suspect of the clientele they serve.

We specifically booked here due to having an indoor pool our grandsin could enjoy. After calling and inquiring the pool hours it was stated the pool was under construction and wouldnt be operarional during our stay. It would have been nice to know that in advance so we could have made other arrangements due to the fact he wanted to go swiming. It wasn't noted on the website and i did call the day before arriving and asked if they did have a pool and it wasnt even mentioned it was under repair. So needless to say he was very disappointed and so were we. Myself and several family members traveled down from out of state to watch our grandson play ball the rooms werent the cleanest and had a foul odor and given the fact for one night and 2 rooms that were over 500 dollars we were very disappointed and can stay at much nicer places for what we spent.
