The Mayo Hotel

"Beautiful, comfortable hotel we had a king suite loved it. We will definitely return and know that if we’re not gonna go out to eat, we had a full kitchen, but it’s not what I really wanna do and I’m out of town is cook. Very difficult to get room service, hard to get a hold of the front desk or talk to anyone we even went downstairs and nobody was around. Call for almost 30 minutes, attempting to get room service, but you have to do online now. They do not take an order over the phone odd. This quality of a hotel should have excellent service for their customers: 24/7 ? We were there attending a journey concert and the lower bar was closed at 10:30. Rooftop bar closes at midnight. And then you can’t get any room service or anything, not what I’m used to with quality hotels. I love the history. It’s beautiful and I will definitely stay there again. But now I know, maybe to order Uber eats, lol I’m praying my own booze."
