"I was informed of the room having a pillow top mattress. Upon seeing the room and bed it was in no way shape or form a pillow top mattress bit was super thin and once you sat or laid down you instantly hit the bottom of the frame. No cushion. Like sitting down on a cinder block. They hence told me all the mattresses were the same and didn’t have any pillow top mattresses. Then showed me another room with a whole different mattress. They lied. Beware. "

"We always choose to stay here when we’re in the Vancouver area. The accommodations are amazing, a hidden gem tucked behind all the hustle and bustle. The reason for my 3 star staff review is that when we left at 6:30am, the front desk person was far from hospitable and helpful. It was disappointing, but won’t keep us from coming back!"
