Great price for Anchorage. Very nice that this is actually a hotel, not a motel, so it felt more safe for a solo female traveler. Very simple, dated decor but clean. No frills, basic but convenient to the airport.

The area isn't very safe. Good and drinks are priced high. Our group had four room and we each had to have the ac fixed in different nights.

This was a good apartment to use as a base in Anchorage. A down side is that it’s @ 1.5 blocks from Minnesota Park where there was a lot of drug activity. It rained the day we left & everyone had cleared out of the park so maybe it was just a late summertime thing.
