"Our room was not ready at check in time."

"Weird hotel. Rooms feel like dorm rooms. They are not big enough for more than one person. We had a king size bed but it's jammed in between the two walls and you have to crawl over each other to get in and out. The bed base is dirty and stained. I don't think they look at the edge against the wall when cleaning but if you're in the bed you see all the dirt. There was hair in our shower and it's an extremely small space if someone else needs to use the toilet at the same time. Working everything with an iPad is annoying for me. Supposed to be cool and modern I guess but it's extremely cramped. "

"Nearest train station is around 12 mins walk from hotel so takes 35-40 mins journey to Central . Apart from that everything else was good . "

"Then entry area was not very well marked. The shuttle bus pulled up to another named motel and made no announcements. I assumed it had more stops so rode back to the airport. But no it was connected to the first one but the view blocked. It was very untidy. A temporary ramp made it difficult to navigate with luggage."

"Upon arrival at the airport in my itinerary, I was told there would be a free shutter. I was at the airport for two hours, even though the website say the buses run every 30 minute that was not the case so I decided to take a taxi and right as I was about to take the cab, the bus came. I had to pay the cab for whatever was on the meter but the bus driver kept rushing me even though I waited two hours for him to come and pick us up at the airport. I was trying to take care of the situation with the cat person and he just kept saying you’re gonna get on the bus you’re gonna get on the bus and I felt rushed however, I completed what I was doing and got on the bus when I got to the hotel there was no greeting from the reception. People one of the reception personnel was on the computer, but had no customer. She did not acknowledge me finally when I ask her are you gonna help me? She said just a minute and proceeded to do what she was doing on the computer at which point I decided I didn’t want her to wait on me so I waited for the other attendance. I did relay my complaint to the agent that was standing at the desk and he was very accommodating. He gave us an upgrade in our room. He also gave us two vouchers for the bus and he also gave us a drink on us, Card, which was very nice of him to do those things to compensate for the inconvenience at the airport my husband and myself was very appreciated of that gesture"

"Quite a disappointing stay overall. At check-in we were asked to pay an additional ‘city tax’ that was unexpected. Our Expedia booking already included taxes. In terms of the rooms, there was no phone, no safe and no mini fridge. Amenities were very basic. As to the room itself, there was mould in the shower. Also no sheer curtains on our first floor room - so basically it was either completely black out everything — or nothing. Breakfast selection was basic - but good. Overall an unpleasant stay and won’t be coming back. "
