"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "This was a great place for our family to stay in Steiermark. The staff/owners were extremely polite and friendly. The room, restaurant, and bathrooms were spotless. You can tell there is a lot of pride in their property and in what they do. Breakfast is great, but also be sure to eat dinner there—the food is fresh and delicious. We ate there twice on our stay and loved every bite. "
