"The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair. The staff is friendly and efficient. A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use. "

"Booked to stay in one of the shared dorms, but they gave me a room with two beds. The facilities like the bathroom and room were basic, but clean and functional. The common areas like the hand washing and kitchenette area were also clean. The room was really only large enough for the the two beds, with a nightstand for each bed being the only other furnishing. The beds were soft by Thai standards, but okay. "Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"The room itself smelt musty like it hadn't been aired for some time. Turning the AC on before us entering made it worse. The main bedroom was clean enough. The bathroom hadn't been done and we needed a new toilet seat as there were stains left on it. We seemed to be the only people staying in our set of rooms so it was quiet. There was no food being prepared and there was nowhere to get food nearby. We overheard a couple getting a taxi into town which was going to cost 250thb for 1 way."
