"Everything,All in house facilities are new and clean, staff are helpful and nice. It’s a quiet place to stay while distances of travel from downtown is acceptable. It take only 10 minuets to get to Venezia or For Art’s Sake, 20 minuets to water park. We all having fun."

"Great place to stay, clean, well equipped and maintained. It has everything you need for an extended stay.The place is a bit away from the Hua Hin center but can be easily accessed by taxi or a motorbike. Plenty of restaurants, stores and laundry within short walking distance. There is a very charming coffee shop with next to a fish pond on site The owner speaks perfect English and was extremely helpful in navigating the local scene (taxis, tours, rentals etc). I would definitely stay here...

"มากับเพื่อนๆ แล้วทุกคนคือชอบถ่ายรูปกันมาก ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์มากค่ะ บ้านสะอาด มีสไลเดอร์ให้เล่นเพลินๆ มุมถ่ายรูปเยอะ วิวเขาสวย บรรยากาศเป็นส่วนตัว ได้ฟีลมาพักผ่อนจริงๆ ทำอาหารกินกัน ไม่ต้องออกไปไหนเลย ชิลมาก แถมจอดรถได้หลายคัน มีพนักงานคอยให้บริการ คิดว่าเกินคุ้มเลย เพราะจองช่วงวันหยุดยาว หารกันตกคนละไม่กี่ร้อยเองค่ะ"

"บ้านพักแบบวิลล่าในโครงการ boat house มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพร้อม สามารถประกอบอาหารทั้งแบบครัวปกติและปิ้งย่างได้ เหมาะสำหรับมาพักเป็นครอบครัวหรือกลุ่มเพื่อน ชอบสระหลังบ้านยาวๆ ว่ายเพลินมาก ถ้าบ้านไหนมีเด็กๆ คงต้องชอบแน่ๆ ครับ เรื่องความปลอดภัยมี รปภ. คอยสอดส่องดูแลความเรียบร้อยตลอดเวลา โดยรวมประทับใจจะกลับไปพักอีก"

"This is not a resort villa, is more to private property owner. Not contactable, difficult to find the location. Owner unable to speak international language- English. Difficult communication. Private pool is very dirty, totally unable to use it. No shower gel, hair dryer, kettle is not heatable. We believe that property is not being clean before we arrive. Ants running around and cockroaches. Totally disappointed."
