Extremely pleasant staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. I loved the convenient location, it was very easy to get taxis from here and it’s in walking distance to/from many places! I wasn’t aware that there were 2 different buildings directly across from each other, one of them is where rooftop pool bar and restaurant is located and the other has the spa and another restaurant where you’ll eat breakfast just an FYI! Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Gold suite and it was more than enough space and amenities, great water pressure, comfortable bedding, and attentive housekeepers! We really loved the bathtub and separate shower! The views from our room weren’t special but that wasn’t a big deal for us, it just helped us get out of the hotel and explore what the city has to offer. Keep in mind that if you want to watch Netflix and other streaming services you’ll need an HDMI cord to connect your phone to the tv which the front desk will provide upon request. They had universal outlets all throughout the room which was great considering I’m from the US! Unfortunately there was a slight mildew smell on our floor and a sewage smell when you walk towards the street but overall, the stay was wonderful and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to future travelers!

From reception to the rooms themselves and the building, everything was perfect. We went to Thailand for our Honeymoon and wanted a nice hotel while we stayed I. Bangkok. Very good location, safe, and hotel rooms were nice, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. I would definitely consider booking again if I were to stay in Bangkok in the future.
