"Staff was great but hotel felt run down and rooms felt old. There was a floor fan running in our hallway all night and the AC unit ran nonstop from the wall either blowing freezing air or hot air. Fitness room was closed for no reason "
"Kitchen had a coffee bar. The room was huge. No breakfast or ice there and the entrance to the back rooms was very dark. Staff was amazing!!! We had an issue with the original room we checked into, but when we went to tell them....they did not ask any questions and upgraded us to the bigger suite. "
