Hotel is nice, service at restaurant and flavor of food was excellent; TV in room wouldn’t work and they couldn’t fix it or swap it out. No business center. Room clean, lots of sirens in area.

Waterbury Motel
They guy and his wife are pretty descent people and they have great customer service, very friendly. Rooms are okay and clean. There is everything around the hotel from Walgreens to McDonald's and downtown is a 10 minute walk.

This was by far the best stay I’ve had in New Haven the apartment was very clean had everything I needed to cook the bed was fabulous had the best sleep not to mention I got to watch the sunset laying down in the bed it was the highlife of my stay loved it I’ve never in my life got to experience ...

The owner is great and made great accommodations for our stay, the price was wonderful. The neighborhood maybe wasent the nicest but thats kinda out of his control.
