"At an event and decided not to go back home. It is what it is especially for the price. It’s housing and hotel stay. No roaches. They just need to put money into it and it would really be a decent place to stay. "
"Consider it a form of self care to spend more to stay elsewhere!! If you have no sense of cleanliness, hygiene or hearing this is the place for you. Check in was fast and the shower was clean. That is the best parts of the Inn.
The mini fridge defrosted all over the floor. The floor left our clean feet black. The AC unit rattled like a Mac truck. The bed linens were thin and uncomfortable. There was no maid service over a four night stay. But even this was sort of acceptable.
Upon return to the Inn on our fourth night we found the AC unit turned off and when we attempted to turn it on it sounded like an unmuffled semi tractor. We were tired and tried to sleep, fitfully.
At 0600 our final morning with a long day travel ahead of us the smoke detector went off. Our daughter exited her room next door and saw no one but heard a fire engine siren in the distance. She waited and no one came out to say all was clear so she went back inside. Upon check-out my husband chose to not wake the front desk staff sleeping and left the card keys at the desk.

"I tried to add a person to the hotel room for a week, and the property still gave the room away to someone else. It was nothing but a hassle; I will never book there again."
"There was poop smeared on the wall in the bathroom and there were roaches in the room. I have never been so disturbed and disgusted with a hotel room in my life. Safe to say I will never stay there again."
"It seems they've done some remodeling/refreshing since our last stay there. Even layout of suite was different, with suite sofa facing bed on opposite wall. Bathrooms redone too. My complaint there (as with most hotels now) is no vanity cabinet and not enough towel racks or hooks."
"READ ME: For me and my wife, this was an extremely pleasant discovery and experience. We like different, so while this place can be made workable (which I will tell you how to do), keep in mind that this might not be your cup of tea on a business trip where stardardization may have been the better choice. If you want the best of the old and the new and you depend on electronics as I do, bring at least 2 multi-outlet extension cords and maybe even a power strip or two (I do that anyway, and in this case I used them all). If you need an ice machine to pack a lot of ice to keep coolers cold between or during excursions or trip legs, plan on stopping somewhere to get a bag or two of ice as needed. And that stop may, this is also the only place I've ever seen where you'll eat breakfast using ornate real silver utensils on china plates and drinking orange juicr from crystal goblets. And whike the distance from the parking area to the entrance isn’t excessive, its also a landscaped terrain followed by significant stairs, so if you don't pack light, like maybe one carryon per person, a folding wagon might be the ticket to get anything larger or heavier than that to the building and up the stairs to your room without help (and not because the owners won't offer you help, they will and they are the nicest and most helpful folks you can imagine, but) staying here is all about the experience rather than just a place to rest and get refreshed before an o'dark:30 roll call in the AM."
