"Find some place else. I picked this place for my bday trip and that was a big mistake. Yes it’s beach front but it wasn’t worth it to me. The staff was not helpful if you could find or understand them. The rooms don’t get cleaned but every 3 days so be prepared to sleep with sand in your bed. Request extra towels yeah you will wait a day or two. Def needs updated in the bathroom water spots on the ceiling from leaking pipes. 3 elevators and none of them are quick. Wait at least 5 min for an elevator minimum. Parking that is a joke and half. They have a parking garage but they don’t tell you how to get in there. No, they tell you go park in the restaurant next door parking lot if you can find a spot.
We will not be back. "
"Checked into our first room of 301 and it was nasty. Smelled weird, had a hole in the tub/shower combo and lots of chips in the shower floor, white stains all over the carpet, glitter nail polish on the night stand, liquid rings on the night stand, the chairs at the table were very worn to where you could see the white under the cloth and the couch looked dirty. We called the front desk clerk who was super nice and moved us to the 5th floor, same kind of room but no stove and the shower was just a stall(super dark when showering). Still did not smell great, I bought an air freshener, it had newer chairs and the carpet was not stained. Sheets and beds clean, and this room was overall better. The view was perfect from the balcony. I will agree with everyone that the elevator was nasty, it smelled like urine almost every day and the walls inside were like a plywood, the other was still broken. Also one day we forgot to remove the DND tag so my daughter called for towels and our trash to be taken and the clerk was extremely rude to her(not the same nice one that helped us change rooms) also the parking fee is crazy, one night we had to park across the street in a gravel lot that looked not secure at all. Wanted to love this place and was hoping the bad reviews were ppl just being picky but lots of work still need to be done. First remove carpet cause it got nasty with sand and get new towels, they were rough and small. Also fix those elevators and clean corridors better too. "
