"Everything was great! Except that there was no microwave or fridge in the room"

"Upon arrival to my room, the dishwasher was pulled out into the middle of the floor and there was an extra couch. I returned down to the front desk and was told that they mistakenly booked a room that was not ready. I was given a new room. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the counter/sinks (as if someone shaved over the sink) and hair on the shower/bathroom floor. I also noticed the floors throughout the building were not thoroughly clean. Every night, my door card did not work, so I had to return to the main floor to have my card reset. The staff was friendly but clearly overworked-- there was never anyone at the desk at any point, I had to ring the bell and wait for someone to arrive (often interrupting their smoke break, their work doing other tasks, or on one occasion the maintenance person helped me because no one else was available). Based on this experience I will not be returning in the future, which is upsetting because I travel to this area monthly and was looking forward to having a hotel I could book consistently. "

"The room was clean. Everything looked cheap & the hotel outside the room had a strong smell of freshener. It was very basic. Housekeeping on request, etc. We missed the breakfast so can’t comment on that. I didn’t feel it was in the safest area. It was right on the interstate. "

"Our problem is not with the hotel itself it is with the fact that we were double charged for a room. When we checked in on April 5, 2026 the front desk person not only charged us for the room but also for the deposit. After explained that we had already paid through hotels.com she said she had made a mistake she either did not know how or did not have the authority to cancel our credit card charge but said she would leave a note to have it fixed. We met with the front desk person and manager the next morning they assured us that it had been corrected. It has not been corrected and I am now having to dispute the amount with our bank. I have no problems with mistakes being made, the problem is their inability or unwillingness to correct the mistake. "

"Everyone is soooo rude. I swapped rooms 3x trying to get a bathtub that wasn’t going to cut me when I sat down bc it was falling apart in sharp pieces and finally just said forget it. They wanna charge you a new deposit every night and $25 a night per dog for ESA. Yet they got ppl living there who have drilled holes in the room vents for their crack pipes. Unreal. "
