"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"The staff were amazingly welcoming and pleasant! The dinner and breakfast could compete with the best hotels in the largest cities. The scenery is other worldly. Peace permeates the whole place. You can't choose a better hotel in the area. "

La piscine et le spa sont impeccables et permettent de vraiment se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité. "Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."
