"The reason for this trrrible review is this. We bookedvthis motel about 3 weeks prior. When we arrived to book in we wete informed that thetr was no hot water in the room. We were offered the opportunity to stay but we would have to have cold showers. What really annoyed us that no one had botjrred to contact us about it beforr we arrived. We declined the offer and booked another motel just down the road. This motel informed us that the Furlong motel had been without hot water for about 4 weeks. Absolutely terrible customer service by the Furlong motel and we will never be staying there again. The motel we stayed in...the Kiwi Court Motel was excellent and will be where we will stay in future. "

"It fun to be in the city center and close to attractions and the restaurant downstairs was good. The downsides were it was noisy at night, the water pressure was terrible and the heater never did really warm the room up. "

"The location was great as I could walk to the Museum which was the conference venue. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is a bit shabby and could do with a spruce up. Unfortunately the shower would suddenly go cold after about one minute of hot water. The drain was very slow and I did mention this to one of the staff as I needed many towels to dry the bathroom floor."
