Close enough to Q Park Charles Street car park, excellent location for everything in town centre. Check-in/check-out process somewhat cold/functional, service a bit ‘meh’ throughout. Did not have breakfast."

"It was ok. Room was on the small side and underwhelming view of 'the park' if you wake early, you can see the penguins. However, the park was EXCEPTIONAL and we had a great day. Hotel was ok, There was a staffing problem with the Kitchen but when the food came out it was lovely. Hotel reception staff could have been a little more helpful when income to recommending where to eat. Would stay again, but only if there was an offer on the room price. Air conditioning didnt work"
