The day I was traveling with my baby, the hotel called me to confirm my reservation by having me pay for the room over the phone. I told then I didn't feel comfortable and that I had selected to pay in person in the hotel room. She was rude and didn't like that I wouldn't pay but I read her my reservation ...

The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient to public transport stations. The room was clean and well appointed, including the kitchen. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Sosuite at The Ovation - Avenue of The Arts
Awesome place to stay. Worth the bucks. Hassle on first time check in. Don’t like to send copy of personal info online. Understand that it needs to verify rightful renter. Still uncomfortable about it.
