"First off - all of the staff was amazing g - the front desk, the dining room, pool area, housekeepers -excellent!!!! The carpet in the room smells disgusting!!!!! Food in the dining room was really good - eaten by adults, a 3yo and a 6yo! That is doing something! Only complaint was the room smell. The hotel was really busy and the elevator was getting a workout!"

"Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind. Sketchy area though. Me and my girl friend were out bar hopping and decided to get a hotel for the night. Spent around 85 dollars and had moments where we were unsure if we were safe. Lots of sirens. TV didn’t have many channels to watch. The window also partially opens and does not have a screen. Down the hall a window was broke and had a board overtop of it. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel was generally clean, it needed some freshening up. With that being said, it was a perfect "close to the airport" and the city hotel. The free airport shuttle was so helpful! I had to leave for the airport at 4am and the driver was in the lobby waiting for me when I came down. I only stayed one night and left too early to get breakfast. However, the breakfast area looked wonderful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was good seemed clean and modern. Tight parking front entrance but plenty of parking. I enjoyed my stay and will keep them as an option."

"Overall, it was an okay stay. Friday night to Sunday morning. Breakfast was alright, if you like the frozen stuff that thaws out in those metal trays. The waffle area was a mess, but breakfast was fine overall. The pool and hot tub were functional. There was A LOT of loose hair and floating specs of God-knows-what in the pool. The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows were very flat. There were some stains on the baseboards that looked like vomit that had crusted over. There were small copper-colored stains on some towels and bed sheets.
It wasn't a terrible stay, but there were a lot of small things that my attention to detail caught. The staff was very helpful and accommodating."
