My only issue was the ac in the room it was a little to hot for my liking and try to lower the temp and it wasn’t letting me.

There is no direct access to this property. Access from a "named roadway" is through several parking lots with no clear signage showing how to reach the property.

The room next to us was having a party, and the music was very loud and their voices were very loud. I went to the reception at two o’clock in the morning and informed him. He went to them and told them to be quiet and stay quiet for a quarter of an hour, then the voices returned as before, and it was a terrible night for me and my three children who could not sleep all night. I am surprised how It is allowed to hold a party between the rooms designated for sleeping. I will not return there again

Took off one star only because the walls are too thin, and the occupants next to me were very noisy (granted there were two wedding parties around on the weekend I was there). Other than that, the stay was great! Very clean room, nice amenities, high quality toiletries, comfortable shower and beds. If you can navigate the possible noise aspect, I would very much recommend anyone to stay here!

The stay was average, though the condition was poor. There was a huge leak on our floor, I walked through water and the ceiling had falling paint/ compound. I could hear others tvs through our room while trying to fall asleep as well. Barely slept 2 days, was happy to go home. Staff was very sweet and welcoming.

Liked many things about this hotel and hated others. Like the fact that it's in a secluded spot, in a very congested area. It's unbelievable close to almost anything that you might want. Everything in the hotel is very good. Things that annoyed me, was that it wasn't the most convenient in regards to getting out and going certain ways. Very annoying and long U turns. My room air conditioner was very loud when turning off and have to admit that I miss the complimentary breakfast. Rarely partake but found that I like the option.
