"This hotel is the only available option in Ellisville and we were visiting family who didn’t have space for us so we decided to book and man oh man, I’m glad we did! When we got there, Trey greeted us and was so very kind and warm! He noticed that our booked room was different then what we initially booked and rectified the problem immediately, providing the agreed upon room through the hotel.com app. Every single time we left or came in he politely asked us if we were alright and if we needed anything. His hospitality alone was enough for us to decide to book again at the end of September.
The room was slightly dated but the fridge was super cold and provided a little slush for our drinks…exactly how we love it! The AC was perfect and the shower was nice and hot. We disn’t have a remote in the room so Trey saved the day and quickly provided one. A nice lady called my husband “Boo” and that made him tickles pink. It was cute. Overall for the price, this is a great place to stay!"
