"Hotel was nice. Room was clean. No issues with anything to do with the property. My only issue was check in. No one was at the front desk (it was 8:00pm). There is a phone on the counter to call. It rang and rang and rang. No answer. Finally a woman comes out of the back. She said “can I help you?” Those are the only 4 words spoken to me the entire check in. Literally. Not one other word. I’m from Texas. Lived in Texas till I graduated high school. When did Texas people become so rude?!? "
"The facility is old...clean and adequate. I just stayed overnight and had everything I needed. It was equal to the price of the room which was half of another facility in Goliad. Based on your point of view the rating can be deceiving. I would stay there again."
