"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. "I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"First time ever four star hotel and the restaurant is not open fot hotel quests! Couple table were reserved but we have to drive next town to have a dinner with four children. Then breakfast: they advertise children stay free, but the breakfast was 19€ per child or adult. "

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
