"The property was very convenient to all the things we wanted to see in Old Bratislava. The apartment was clean overall (though when I took my wipes to the banister, it was very dirty). Shower and bathroom were very modern and nice. We were located on the third floor, so be prepared to walk up stairs if that is an issue (not for us, though getting suitcases up and down took some time). Worst part of this selection was the communication w/property manager. I called several times in the days...

Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. "I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."
