"It looks a very nice hotel when we arrived, but soon when we got to the room the air condition wasn’t working. The sent somebody to fix it but with not avail. They moved us to another room. The bed sheets where not very clean. They said they change them every 3 days… the second night the air condition broke again and we were sweating all night. So cleanliness and amenities were not good. "

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."

"Very good sized room, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff very friendly. Hotel a little dated and no mini fridge. Wifi connectivity intermittent also. Overall would recommend as a great choice for a hotel in Basel close to the train station. Would stay here again."
