"The front desk staff were friendly and answered all my questions and followed up on the 2 requests we had. The dining room staff were nice and on top of the buffet. The views were amazing the room had tons of space for the 4 of us, the balcony was great as was the bathroom. Only wish was to be able to lower the air conditioning a bit more but that's a cultural thing for us. A minor issue it was pretty comfortable in the room most times.
