"I liked the room I like the area I like the price of the room The only thing was my room was on the 5th floor and it was quite a walk up the stairs and also sometimes I couldn't see It would be too dark during the evening.. the lights wouldn't come on and I almost tripped a few times on the stairs and steps..thank God I didn't fall... Otherwise it was a good stay"

"Very good hotel. I say 8.5 out of 10. Clean, good location. I didn’t try their food. Elevators seem a bit slow during peak hours. Front desk staff would take a minute to acknowledge you even though they’re clearly doing things that can wait such as shredding papers or cleaning their work space. Other than that, I recommend it. "This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. We arrived ready to leave our luggage and our room was ready so we get to check in at 1pm instead! I think we were just lucky but it was nice they let us in. The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t really bother us as everything else was spectacular. The hairdryer was also pretty decent for those planning on washing their hair! Overall we really enjoyed it and the district was really pretty to walk around in with easy access to main sights. "
