"Pictures are beautiful... hotel is not quite as clean (floors and carpets) and furniture is worn (some stains). Location is right across from the train station. Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. "The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. "Zentral gelegen zum Bhf. Wilhelmshöhe. Gerade im totalen Umbau. Alles eingerüstet. Keine normalen Vorhänge an den Fenstern. Von daher kann man das Zimmer gerade nur voll abdunkeln und hat keine Sicht nach draussen. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück auch gut. Nur die Messer schneiden überhaupt nicht.
