"We like this property because it is centrally located for us. The staff is so kind and so ready to help everybody is very nice here. But this time the room was not what we feel it could have been. The room smelled like a wet dog, the mattress needs to be replaced it has divots in it that you have to fight to stay laying where you're laying because it wants you to roll in the one way. So did not sleep well during the week....The shower head you had a fight to find where the water was coming from that needed to be replaced also, I'm so thankful for the refrigerator and microwave, however the microwave didn't seem up to snuff either it seemed to heat the food not cook it and the refrigerator was very noisy. However they have good rooms because we stayed in one in December! And we would definitely stay there again because of its location and the helpfulness of the staff etc thank you for a room to stay in for that week we are so glad you are there....."

"We had a blast! It was fun to see the studios (from the outside) and learn about the stage building industry. The staff was very helpful, prices at the restaurant were reasonable, the pool and hot tub were clean and good sized. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. Only one mile from cute downtown Lititz. Would stay again."

"The door code didn't work. I had to call customer service to have it fixed as there's no staff. Common areas, room, and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Super plush carpeting - loved it. Rich and cozy decor."

"I was there for a long-extended period of time, and the room was not cleaned up nor was the towels exchanged even after I put out "please clean my room' sign and I had issues with the door accepting my card even after a few replacements. Besides that, the staff was friendly when I had encounters with them"

"The property was well kept and very clean. The room was very nice, large bathroom. The A/C is a window type and mounted high, so hard to read settings and was loud but not a deal breaker. The breakfasts were very good, and plenty of amenities to enjoy. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast."
