"This is the first time staying at a MainStay Suites. Check in was okay, but when we got to our room, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. After entering the room, I noticed ants on the furniture and killed several. Because we were traveling cross country, we accepted our accommodations. We did not unpack anything and checked the bedding for insects (finding none). We also had difficulties operating the television. Anytime we tried to change the channel, we had to reset the signal input to HDMI1 as it would revert to AV (minor, but annoying). FYI, several of the guests appear to be on extended stays at this location, and the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes. To top off our stay, the fire alarm went off around 11:30 pm causing us to vacate the room until the fire department did their sweep. We noticed many of the residents did not leave their rooms for the alarm indicating this is a normal occurrence. I will not be staying at this location in the future."

"The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. We got this hotel for the pool. The night we swam with our children, a party was going on and there were 10 teenagers along with a "guardian" who were all drunk and high. They were vaping in the pool. Again this was with my children there. Along with 2 other families. They kept falling and swearing and then they started to fight. Thats when we left. Unacceptable."

"The elevators were down. I was not notified until after I arrived. I have an injured knee and could not carry my bags up several flights of stairs. I canceled and had to go elsewhere using an inflated last minute rate."

"Everything was Great except for the loud noises! Doors slammed all day into the night and then again early morning! We were even close to the front desk and nobody said anything to anyone about it!!"
