"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"Changed rooms twice one had spider webs and the other ants. Staff was nice but sink drainage in the other room was really slow. Lobby and courtyard looked and felt great but some rooms was lacking compared to the lobby."

"Front desk staff included a young lady who was abjectly rude and unsolicitedly informed me that they wouldn't be able to help me with connecting to their free wifi. This occurred while I was discussing options and workarounds to make the wifi work with the desk manager. Found this weird and unprovoked."

"The elevators weren’t running and I explained to the front desk that I really needed to catch the 4am airport shuttle. I was assured that the elevators would be running in a matter of minutes. However, no effort was made to hold the airport shuttle for those few minutes."

"Stayed at the Westin because I've had good experiences with the brand before, and while this hotel wasn't bad, it was just okay overall. Nothing really stood out, either positively or negatively. The biggest disappointment was that the room I stayed in didn't appear to have been remodeled. It had a very dated, old-school feel, which just isn't my preference. The bathroom could have used more attention as well—the toilet had noticeable yellow/orange ring stains, which wasn't a great first impression. The gym was decent but nothing special. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bar area looked nice and was probably one of the better parts of the property. Overall, it's an older-style hotel that may appeal to some travelers, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting from a Westin."
