"The check-in procedure was very frustrating. The key-lock boxes were randomly placed and not well labeled. It took us ten minutes to sort through six dozen boxes that were locked onto railings to find the key to our room.
This is NOT a "Rooftop Suite". It is on the 12th floor of a 20 story building with a view of nothing but other apartments. It was very disappointing."
