"Extremely disappointed and upset at our stay this past weekend. In my first room the light from the bathroom was not working and it actually had water liking from the room above into the light fixture. I was able to get another room however we had no hot water the entire time we were there. We were offered a discount which I have yet to receive yet my siblings have received theirs and we all have the same bank. Some of the graveyard shift members were extremely rude. Aside from also having to pay $45 per day for parking. Will never stay here again."

"Juan the shuttle drive was the absolute BEST. You won't find better customer service. Thank you Juan!!! Also the breakfast was way better than I expected. Being able to leave my vehicle overnight while flying was an added bonus!"

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."

"Great AC, big screen tvs, good sound proofing. Carpet is stained everywhere in different colors. No blackout curtains. Bathroom shower too small (nearly fell down 5 times (I’m 41)). Toilet gunked with old poo. Walls and desks had either bug carcasses, food, or body fluids stuck in various places. Crumbs were left on every table and counter and fridge. Towels were not clean, bed sheets had brown stains. Bed was comfortable tho. Awoke to ants in bed. No sign of bedbugs. Shower water is hard and the complimentary shower toiletries were itch-inducing and very drying-out. Would not recommend. Not coming back. "
