"The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use. I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! "

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again "

"Good points - Very friendly and helpful staff, room very clean. Hotel in an excellent location for Bristol town centre. 24 Hour car park next door and was able to leave car there during the whole stay Poor points - One of the two small lifts out-of-action during our stay so during busy times, at breakfast & when a large party was checking in, there would be a long wait to use the lifts. Important for someone of limited mobility. Relatively minor - Two rooms booked but were at opposite ends of the corridor. Reception did look at moving us closer but most other rooms already booked and the only available room was only three rooms closer so we stayed in the rooms originally given. Lock on one of the doors not latching properly and needed a good firm tug to ensure it was locked. Also Key Card for the lock on same door not operating properly. Always took three attempts to unlock door, with it giving three short beeps each unsuccessful attempt. Reported to reception who advised that the batteries in the door lock probably need changing. They marked it down to be checked by their maintenance staff but was never put right during our stay."
