Area is not real great. Door would not lock, told office, said he would be there to fix it. I kept playing with it until I got to work, at least to lock me in. And noone ever showed up to fix it. Bed old and lumpy, everything outdated.

I am so happy with and grateful for the fellow who checked me in and helped me with a couple issues - to excellent results. Everything is just what I expect from a Motel 6, so no disappointments. However, I found the grounds very well kept in terms of dog deposits (I pick up after my own and perhaps so do all the other dog owners??? Naw! The property owner/managers do a good job!). Very glad to be here - safe and comfortable.

I didn't like that 10 cars showed up at all hours of the night for minimal amounts of time made a bunch of noise and then left. I didn't get to sleep at the room was filthy and unkempt.

I booked 3 rooms for my family while passing through Wells NV. The hotel clerk made me check in 3 times. It was crazy! Our room was dirty and the queen bed had a full sheet that would not stay on the bed. I asked for a new sheet but was told there were none. The ice machine was not working. I had to go to the gas station. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. All 3 rooms were not clean. The pillows were gross. We will never stay here again!

I stay here with doggins, usually twice a year when passing through. We are always happy with the friendly service (all my experiences over 15-ish years, have been wonderful with staff), comfortable beds, mcfridge in rooms, and easy access to open space for dogs to romp. We enjoy the little town of Wells very much!

Property old and dated. Streaming on room TV horrible, often lost signal. Compared to other Motel 6’s I’ve stayed at this one is well below par.

The clerk who checked me in made me feel so uncomfortable, talking about massages and his sex life. The room was average but the bathroom was disgusting. It was a handicap room with a walk in shower but the tile looked so dirty. If it hadn’t been snowing I would have found somewhere else.

Run down and filthy. I have stayed at other Motel sixs and the Wells is giving them all a bad name. I would have rather slept in the street but it was freezing

Bare bones place to stay on a tight budget.
This is a bare bones motel. Beds are hard, pillows are like cardboard, cleanliness needs improvement.

The room was very dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned. My son went to take a shower and said, "I think I will be dirtier after the shower that I am right now." There was two small bars of soap and no shampoo or conditioner.

Worst experience . . . ever.
I've never in my life seen such a mess. I drove for hours with a confirmed reservation and when I arrived found a madhouse in the lobby with a dozen or more people trying to get a room. Those who had a room were also in the lobby or lined up in the parking lot to get in for another room as the room they obtained was dirty and hadn't been serviced since the previous guests were there. I finally made it to the check-in counter and learned my confirmed reservation had been "canceled" but the lady on duty had no idea why. She was apparently the only employee on duty and was stuck dealing with a LOT of upset people who had been given dirty rooms with used sheets and wet towels on the floor, or others like me who for some unknown reason had our reservations canceled. I had to sleep in my vehicle that night in the parking lot. I don't know what happened or who is at fault but they should certainly be fired and Motel 6 management needs to step in and fix this place!

It's Motel 6: you know what you are going to get
Between the flies in the room, the bathroom counter not being completely cleaned, only have 1 wash cloth and the short saggy beds that barely fit in the room, it did provide us a place to stay for the night. I knew it would not have the quality of some other hotels, but this was less than I expected, even from Motel 6.

0. This place is filthy, we needed a quick place to stay over night and opened up a room to beds full of bed bugs and a roach that climbed out once we lifted up the blankets. Not even five minutes in this room and we were so grossed out we slept in our car. I don’t know how people can fathom staying here. Please listen to the reviews and save your money.
