Great location for good value hostel.

Brilliant location A basic hostel. Clean and well kept. Good facilities to keep cycles safe. Limited reception times makes check-in complicated. Kitchen facilities good.

Overnight stay

The staff were really helpful as they facilitated an early check in. The showers and toilets were clean. The room was small but fine for an overnight stay.

The property is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.There is a well appointed communal kitchen, dining area, tv room, quiet room and sitting area. Free parking is available. Nice quiet location. The only downside is soundproofing is poor and you can hear people moving about in other rooms.

Ideal for what we needed

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and had good knowledge of the local area. We had a private room which was clean and compact. Kitchen and lounges etc all very clean and well equipped.

Quiet setting but within easy walking distance of the main streets and harbour. Good self-catering facilities. Comfortable en-suite room still at a reasonable price. Plenty of parking spaces.

Quality, well run hostel

Nicely decorated self-catering hostel, close proximity to shops, restaurants and seafront. Efficient booking-in, friendly staff and good facilities and in a quiet neighbourhood (aside from the church clock) Sharing in a dorm is always a risk, but it worked out fine on this occasion. Plenty of showers and toilets close to the rooms. Self-catering facilities were good with plentiful supplies of cups, plates and cutlery. Plenty of parking spaces onsite and nearby.

Clean, refurbished youth hostel

Great hostel close to the centre and harbour. Quiet location, ample parking. Fast WiFi and hot showers - not always a feature in some hostels I’ve stayed. Self catering, but plenty of eating options nearby if you don’t want to DIY.

An expensive bed

Never stayed at hostels before, but for £39 I got a very small room and a bed with shared bathroom/toilet. For £10 more you would easily find a place with a TV, private bathroom and some space for a chair/desk or anything else...

Fabulous hostel, great location, wonderful staff

We spent a great 3 days here and loved the great layout, location and friendliness. It is our favourite hostel so far and we would highly recommend it as a base to explore the beautiful Nolfolk Coast
