"Easy check in, we stayed in the Arch rooms which were clean, comfortable and had a lovely courtyard which would have been great to sit in had the weather been good. Very welcoming in the pub by the Barman and great pub food"

"Wonderful accommodation. It was in a perfect location. Only fault we had was we had no details to tell us how you got the keys to the apartment, before we got there. It would have been good to know if you go to Byfords they will give you a parking permit for your stay near Budgens."

At present Wells-next-the-Sea remains quieter and family friendly and dog friendly. It hasn’t become loud and overwhelming as other seaside places. It feels safe and friendly.
