"The room was clean and well stocked with extra blankets and toiletries. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly! Jill at the front desk needs a raise for her excellent customer service!"

"Unfortunately this was not a good stay for me. It was my graduation weekend and nothing was up to par. For one, the hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing cold. It was booked that hotel purposely for hot tub, so it was very disappointing. For second, the air conditioning the first night was terrible. We had to open a window. A mechanic came the next day but had to go in and out our room; very uncomfortable. Lastly, the hotels restaurant “Bristo” closed so we weren’t able to get food when the sign says closed at 10. We were told “if it’s not busy, we close down early”. It was just a weekend of unfortunate events. "

"We only stayed 1 night to attend a banquet being held locally, the room was quite large and easily accommodated 4 adult women with a sitting room which was an added bonus. The elevators were quite loud and felt shaky but worked fine. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Hotel was located in what felt to be a safe area of town. The room was clean. The shower water pressure was weak thus and unsatisfying shower in the morning. I'd rate this hotel as satisfactory and would stay here again."
