"Place was clean however not the best experience. During our stay on the second day someone came down and checked out but instead of checking them out they checked my room out. I had to call Hotels.com in order to get them to fix their mistake. Then on the day of my actual check out they couldnt find me in system and once they did it had me tied to the other guest who checked out. They kept thinking i checked in on Friday instead of Saturday and then kept i insisting they dont charge cards until check out even though I had my original receipt from checking in plus bank statement showing ive been charged. The staff were friendly and I know it wasnt something they intended to do but it was extremely stressful and took longer to get fixed then expected."

"When I checked in Friday the desk clerk Roger was very rude I told him i was a member and if he had any rooms on the first floor cause i had Hips problems he said know and the elevator was not working and the the only room he had available was on the third floor so me and my wife had to carry everything up the stairs which did not help my hibs pains.And Saturday breakfast was very good but Sunday’s was terrible went to eat breakfast at 8:15 am there was no coffee the only thing they had was waffles and cereal I went to ask the desk clerk Shellyif they were going to make any more breakfast and she said we don’t have any cooks on Sunday’s but she did make coffee.on Monday morning I went to get some breakfast and the same thing no eggs or sausage and links sausage they had bacon and waffles I was very disappointed then when I was checking out Monday I told Shelly the desk clerk that I might be making another reservation cause my granddaughters were playing in a softball tournament but didn’t know cause it would depend on the outcome of the game if they lost the first game we would be eliminated and that we were going back home and she said well let’s make a reservation and I said I can’t till we play if we win and continue playing late that day we would be staying. So I asked her for a business card so that I could call and make a reservation she said we don’t have any I said can you give me the direct number so I can call and make a reservations and she just started saying the "

"This hotel charges $13 per person for breakfast, should be included. Our air conditioner was running nonstop on full blast and was freezing. The panel was broken so we could not turn it down on low. Called the Front Desk to ask for an extra blanket and they told us we had to come down and get it ourselves. I think overall, this is a decent place to stay, but they need to add more staff to accommodate better hospitality."

"No coffee available in room or in breakfast area at 8:00am. They refused to make any. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had NOTHING except bagels (again no coffee). Air conditioning would not cool sufficiently. Couldn’t get it below 75 degrees. Beds were good and firm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly."
