"We booked this room to enjoy the Animate convention ! It was a pretty quickish walk! The motel was transformed into a swanky trendy hotel! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Great shower and water pressure! I would have gave five stars if they had food in the lounge either complimentary breakfast or some type of food for purchase! There was only one muffin available. Free parking also would have been nice as it was free when I booked but wasn’t the day of checkin! The front desk has outstanding customer service and the hotel was quiet! Just know not the hotels fault, but you will hear the train in the morning! We had a great stay! "

"Inspire of Expedia completely screwing upy reservation (I'll never use them again) The hotel was great I suggest booking direct or using another service if you expect the room to be available when you show up and don't have to deal with infuriating bad customer service from Expedia the worse booking app on the Internet. "Breakfast was ok usual hotel breakfast. No bacon only sausage or turkey sausage links. Almost everything Saran wrapped. WiFi is terrible, very slow when it works. Room was clean and comfortable, large screen TV, A/C heating unit worked well. There was a transient out back drinking and on his phone, staff too busy on their phones to walk the property or tell him to leave."

"The property was nice overall but one of the main reasons I picked this property was the hot tub and upon arriving we were told hot tub was out of service this was a major disappointment. The beds were comfortable and location was great."
