"Wonderful staff - friendly and welcoming, with a great restaurant attached for breakfast and dinner. The location was super handy for being close to (but not too close!) to the main station but very easily walkable to the main sights of Salzburg. The room was compact but neat and nicely furnished. "Nice boutique hotel and good to use as a base. No fridges in rooms if you need one. It is a bit of a walk into old town but peaceful if you walk along the river. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is tea and toast with jam and juice to start your day. Hotel is right behind Mirabella palace and 7 min to panoramic tours if you plan any day trips then this location is great for connecting with the busses. "

"The hotel was in an amazing location just across the river from the Altstadt. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are great. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the lobby bar was great for drinks. We did eat at The Sacher Grill and the food and service were 5*."
