Enjoyed our stay.

Great for cyclists doing the Rhine trip, as it’s on the route. Great for people who like to watch river traffic. High standard of presentation. En suite not for large people. Restaurant closed on Mondays. Enjoyed our stay. Supermarket nearby.

Très très bruyant car la fête au village! L’hôtel était vide mais évidemment on nous a remis une chambre « côté bruit ». Impossible d’obscurcir la chambre donc en été le soir et le matin il fait trop jour. Le petit-déjeuner est annoncé à 10.90 euro sur le site mais on nous le propose à 14 euro!!!

Tolles Rhein-Flair

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage einfach nur klasse..Man sitzt auf der Terrasse und hat einen traumhaften Blick direkt auf den Rhein. Das Haus ist etwas älter hat aber seinen Charme nicht verloren. Zimmer sehr sauber und Wasser steht auch zur Verfügung bereit. Das Frühstück ist normal, ausreichend ohne großen Schnickschnack, vielleicht mit 14,- € p.P. ,,etwas,, zu hoch angesetzt. Wenn wir in der Gegend sind würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier einkehren. Doppelzimmer - Preis/Leistung ist super..

Het hotel biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Rijn. Het restaurant heeft een degelijke Duitse keuken. Kennelijk ligt het aan een fietsroute, want er stoppen veel fietsers voor het terras en er overnachten er ook een aantal. Een prima hotel voor als je op doortocht bent.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein. Gute Küche und aufmerksames Personal im Hotel.- und Restaurantbereich. Das gesamte Personal ist höflich, hilfsbereit und "sieht" die Gäste. Sehr empfehlenswert. Alles in allem eine runde Sache. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstück für 14 Euro hätte ich mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Z. B. verschiedene Käsesorten statt 3 Sorten Wurst (esse keine Wurst, wurde vorab nicht erfragt), Körnerbrötchen, Müsli, Gemüse und auch nicht so viel in Plastik verpackt, wie die Marmeladen etc. Der Kaffee schmeckte allerdings sehr gut! In der Fahrradgarage hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Ansonsten waren alle sehr zuvorkommend, schöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser!

Die Aussicht bei einem Zimmer zum Rhein ist klasse, Hofansicht eher nicht so. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und setzt Wünsche sehr schnell um. Hunde sind erlaubt. Parkplätze gibt es genügend. Schiffsverkehr auf dem Rhein verursacht zeitweise dumpfes Brummen durch die großen Dieselmotoren, ansonsten sehr ruhig. Hotel liegt in einem Vorort von Wesel, in dem Abends nicht viel geboten ist…

Wir fanden das Zimmer Nummer 25 sehr sauber, gemütlich und schön ruhig. Auch das Abendessen im Hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr gut und lecker. Ich hatte ein Wiener Schnitzel und meine Partnerin einen leckeren Burger. Total reichhaltig und lecker, und die Pommes absolut knaller mässig. Und ein schönes Highlight war heute morgen das Frühstück... Leckerer und heisser Kaffee☕, frische Brötchen, leckerer Wurst und Käseaufschnitt, frisch gekochtes Ei, einen Joghurt, alles sehr liebevoll arrangiert. Und noch ein wirklich netter Plausch mit dem Küchenchef und Mitinhaber der Wacht am Rhein. Für uns steht fest bei unserer nächsten Radtour werden wir wieder Station in der Wacht am Rhein in Bünderich am Rhein machen.

Wunderschöner Geheimtip

Das Hotel ist wunderschön direkt am Rhein gelegen. Im Hoteleigenen Restaurant kann man hervorragend essen. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und familiär. Mein Fahrrad könnte ich in einer abschließbaren Garage unterstellen.
