"Room carpet was dirty so was the toilet. Restaurant food was expensive and atrocious. Seemed like heated frozen food"

"Room was fairly clean but very old, tired and dingy. No proper shower and the door to our room was difficult to lock and unlock. Location good, check in and out arrangements vague and desk left unmanned most of the time. (phone number provided is disconnected). The hotel was listed as having on site parking however the nearest car park is an 8 minute walk away and is a public underground garage."
