"The staff was wonderful! The hotel itself is a bit outdated room wise but was clean, the bathtub had some noticeable rust stains though. The breakfast buffet was very nice, while we didn't use the pool it was very popular!"

Waited 2 hours past our 4:00 check-in for our rooms, not a 'sorry' or any kind of comp. Valet tried to charge me for a two day stay as well. Took three days to get a refund.
