"Beautiful location . The room was wonderful and the staff friendly and attentive. Both breakfast and evening meal were excellent. Would recommend to others and hope to return ."

"The room 4, which had a sea view, was small but perfectly adequate for 2 adults as was the bathroom. The continental breakfast provided in the room consisted of instant porridge, cereal bars and 2 rather sad croissants with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. The 2 people at reception were very helpful with suggestions for free parking only a couple of blocks away. The station is less than a 5 minute walk with regular trains to Edinburgh (30 minute ride). A perfect base for the Edinburgh Fringe festival!"
