"Monica is a magnificent host and owner of this B&B establishment ! A very warm, welcoming person and a fabulous breakfast maker too! Imagine warm, freshly baked blueberry, creamed cheese soufflé with added ham if you so desire. Plenty of coffee and fresh juice on the table served in period tableware. The whole establishment is a period home. Comfortable Beds with ensuite but be aware that it is not suitable for folk with accessibility needs. There is no elevator and the stairs up to the rooms is winding and pretty steep."

The breakfast was delicious. Quiet area of town and course to everything we wanted to see. We have been traveling in Europe and Canada for 11 weeks. Highly recommend this BnB!"
The Parrsboro Mansion Inn
"We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time. He took us to our room, gave us a few extra pods of coffee and reminded us of how the keys worked. The room is modern with a queen bed, extra chair, wide tv with a few extras like Netflix, big bathroom with double sinks, bath and shower with 2 extra pillows as I'd requested on Expedia. Minutes from the heart of Parrsboro, The Mansion Inn was exactly what we needed. After a good night's rest, we were met with breakfast choices like vegan friendly mini pancakes stack and fresh fruit, a main course of avocado, mushroom, home made pickled onions on a toasted English muffin as prepared by Mike and his lovely wife. They have a glasses addition to their dining space which resembles a conservatory where one feels we're eating outdoors but spared the elements. The hosts are charming, their food delicious, the room quiet with its own mini spit heating and cooling, what's not to like. We look forward to returning."

"Beautiful grounds with opportunity to walk through the vineyards and to a fantastic scenic overlook of the Bay of Fundy and surrounding farms. Restaurant was excellent and breakfast was great. Nicely remodeled room and bathroom in historic inn. Will stay again."
