The guy that works the office. Is very professional. Talks kindly and very informative. There's no real room service. You yourself supply everything from tissue to trash bags. Lots of hidden fees if you don't follow the rules, be aware. Non smoking non smoking. Very quiet spot, and private.

The thermostat did not allow us to drop temp lower than 74 degrees. We finally had the owner unlock the thermostat so we could drop it lower.
