"Wonderful boutique Hotel. The staff made this place sooo lovely, warm and welcoming. Location is nice and secluded so if you want some quiet and relaxation away from the crowded central area of grace bay, Indigo is your spot. The beach area is just perfect. Quiet, peaceful, with water like green glass. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, if a little small. Getting to beach was easy with hotel shuttle ready at a moments notice. Food was tasty for breakfast and lunch. All together a great spot for a really good price. You wont be disappointed."

"Beautiful setting. Facility is extremely clean and very well kept. Loved having another food option on site this year. Only complaint is the comfort of the bed in the room we had this year was seriously bad."

"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel! Book it! We booked a Suite, 1 Bedroom Island View. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, 2 safes, two tvs, a small kitchen, living room, a nice porch and a king size bed. It was amazing to have such a large space for two of us. In the kitchen we only used the nespresso (so happy they had nespresso!) and fridge but otherwise it has a few pots and basic equipment if you want to cook a very simple meal. The hotel truly thought of everything and didn't skimp on quality! You're given a nice stainless steel bottle to use the water refill stations around the property which was nice to have in the heat and on excursions. It rained while we were there and they supply massive umbrellas to walk around with and when they were running low they refilled them with brand new ones so that there was enough for each guest. The beach was amazing and beautiful and the chairs at the beach and pool are padded and comfortable. We were able to walk right up to get a paddle board and kayak without any wait or reservation. They had lotion sunscreen at the pool available to use. All the staff were so friendly. We ate at a couple restaurants onsite and enjoyed the food. We played pickle ball and outdoor chess. They had bikes but we didn't use them. Its walking distance to thursday fish fry, the grocery store and shopping. We spent an evening at the Ritz nextdoor and were not impressed with service or the property and were happy we were at Seven Star!"

"We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxury oceanfront suite, and it was exceptional!! The view from the terrace and living room was stellar. Amenities in the rooms were wonderful - full kitchen, laundry, beautiful crisp sheets, and spotless bathrooms. Exceptionally clean. The staff was hospitable and lovely. The "resort" was quiet - the beach was calm and relaxing. Gorgeous blue water, nice sand, respectful people, and not very crowded. Just the way I like it! The only reason I gave "Amenities" 3 stars is that there wasn't much to offer as a "resort". I would not call this place a resort. It is more like a beautiful condo complex with 2 little restaurants and housekeeping (GREAT housekeeping!!). Having Wynmara Resort right next door (a 1-minute walk) was a Godsend, since they had fabulous restaurants and bars, and a bit more action. West Bay Club is perfect for a gorgeous, quiet getaway for those who appreciate well-maintained units and don't mind walking off-property for dinner and entertainment. (Although lunch on the beach at West Bay is fabulous, as well as their drink service on the beach!)"

"The property has an inn like feel to it. It's very quiet and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the property is good as well and it's only a short walk to other restaurants. The beach is amazing and the property is well kept and clean. We'll be back again. "

"We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! "
