I was scheduled to visit this past weekend for a concert but unfortunately came down with COVID. My cancellation fell within the 48-hour window, so I understood that a refund was not guaranteed. Despite that, the team went above and beyond to help me. Maggie and Angela were incredibly kind, courteous, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They didn’t just follow policy—they showed real compassion and took extra steps to assist me, ultimately providing a credit and refund without any hassle. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. It’s reassuring to know there are still people who go out of their way to do the right thing. Even though I wasn’t able to make the trip, this experience alone speaks volumes about the quality of the staff. I’m really looking forward to rebooking soon—the place looks amazing, and I’m sorry I missed it. Thank you again to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism"
