"Had a pleasant stay"

"No breakfast, place was way over capacity for pool, hot tub areas, rooms very very old and out dated. "

"Amenities were under renovation. Did not know until I got to the hotel. Quiet in the halls, clean rooms, took forever to get warm water to shower, housekeeping did not refill coffee or towels, was not happy. Went to the bar to get food, limited menu due to renovations and the bar staff was not very present. Too busy visiting each other rather than helping the customers. They gave me free parking for the inconvenience of the warm water. Guess that’s a bonus. For the price I paid to stay there, I would have expected better. "

"Room were old and small , needs renovation, bathroom sink had draining issues, and other minor issues. Overall pictures online are deceptive and in reality the property is not were attractive "

"You can tell this property is well managed and cared for. Little things like having a staff member attend the waterslide for safety are appreciated. Room was as expected, clean. Breakfast was pretty standard continental, honestly could have a bit more variety (no berries for the waffles for example) but that’s nitpicking. It’s a good hotel, and I’d stay there again."
